Think “state-of-the-art crumb rubber processing facility” and Denver City, Texas is not one of the first names which comes to mind. Better known for cotton farms and the more than 30,000 oil wells that dot the landscape as far as the eye can see, this West Texas town – population about 3,800 – has no real connection to scrap tire processing. UNTIL NOW. Today, the town is home to State Rubber & Environmental Solutions, LLC, the newest, most sophisticated crumb processing facility in the U.S. – if not the world.
